Went in today to get a few rings reshaped. Cheap rings, nothing too special to ones first look. The lady gracefully whisked them away and said she would be back in five minutes. I expected a quote, an ... More d to explain how I would do anything to get this done as quickly as possible. She came back, and they are perfect. Perfectly shaped, cleaned, and polished up. I burst into tears, because she had fixed my class ring bought for me by my grandfather, who passed away yesterday. I was going to plead anyone in town to fix it in time for his funeral. Instead she fixed it without a single hesitation, hassle, or scornful look. Thank you so much for making my day a bit brighter. You've made a loyal customer out of us for life.

I met Nanette one of the sales associates and she was so helpful and kind she guided me through the process never pressuring me to make a decision as it was a little bit of ... More a cost. I have an antique gold and diamond watch from Cartier that was in need of repairs. I had searched literally across the country. Spoke to many watch repair places that claimed they could fix anything, well they couldn't. About 10 years later I was referred to Medawars in Frandor. Sam is not just a genius, but hes also dedicated to the highest quality of service for his customers. This man is a gem and should be protected at all cost because he is truly one of a kind in the jewelry industry! There is none other like him! I would highly recommend his store to anyone. He is worth every penny he charges for his jewelry and repair services!!! When you want quality you go see Sam and Nanette!!!!

My 10 year old wedding set looks brand new! Medawar repaired many prongs, replaced diamonds and dipped my ring for an incredibly fair price, and it was done in less than a week! We did not purchase th ... More is set from them yet they took care of it as if we did! We visited other jewelers who all told us that it was not even able to be repaired. We appreciate so much Paul's honesty to help us in the process of ensuring us that the set is not permanently broken and also not trying to sell us on something else unfairly. Sam repaired it so beautifully and we are thrilled.

My fiancé and I have had the most wonderful experience here!! Such great selections of wedding rings, bands and estate pieces . I have been in here a few times this years, to get my engagement ring s ... More ized, and most recently to pick out wedding bands with my fiancé. We worked with Nanette and she was so helpful and kind. She truly made us feel so special with our big day. I recommend coming here, even for jewelry gifts of all kind. We will absolutely be back.
