I brought in my engagement ring, which I haven't been able to wear for 3 years, because I lost the stone, while frantically packing and cleaning for a cross country move. I was telling Nanette how nak ... More ed I feel without my ring, and how excited I was to finally have saved enough to purchase a diamond so I could wear it again, hopefully in time for my daughter's wedding, which was a month away. She took the ring back to Sam, who said he wanted to reinforce the channel-set floating diamond, so this would never happen again. They assured me that this could be done, without ruining the look of the floating diamond, and said they'd create a tiny ring of gold UNDER the diamond, that would secure it, but not show. I expected this to take WEEKS, but Sam Medowar overheard my conversation with Nanette. Within a day, I got a call saying my ring was ready. He knew how much it meant to me to be able to wear the ring at my daughter's wedding. I was absolutely astounded by his compassion and beautiful workmanship. They polished it and presented me with a ring that looked just as new as the day my husband gave it to me 30 years ago. I cannot say enough about Medawar's Frandor. Everyone who works there is so nice, and their work is first-rate. I'd give them 10 stars, if I could! (Check out the pictures! The diamond is secured, but still appears to be floating!)

I have seen and heard commercials for years but have never been in the store. Today I had to make a stop at a jeweler to size my watch. My husband and I were going to go to the mall to try our luck an ... More d I decided differently at the last minute. We walked in and the store was bright, clean and had festive music playing in the background. (I don't catch the woman's name) we were greeted with a warm smile and bubbly rep very shortly after we walked in. I stated what I needed, she told me a price, congratulated me on my beautiful watch and told me it would be just a few moments. As she entered my name into their system she was very excited to have stated my first name correctly. She fixed my watch in under 10 min! She called me by my first name, put my watch on my wrist and told me a fun fact about my mame!! What I absolutely LOVED about this whole visit is she did not pressure me into looking at jewelry or spending any additional money. I am a stickler for GREAT customer service and she delivered that plus more. A kind heart is necessary in retail and and she definitely displayed that. We will be in the market for more jewelry in the next 2-4 years to upgrade out wedding bands and I know EXACTLY who will get my money! ❤❤❤
