It may be said that I have trust issues.

or myself. I relied on it heavily when I took the GRE. I wanted an accurate timer, and I didn’t trust the computer clock. My Marine Star has never let me down. It’s as accurate as my cell phone and tough enough to handle the pressure of being on the range.
I don’t know how many years passed before someone told me that a precision timepiece needs a tune-up every few years. When I learned that it had to be shipped to Bulova for service, I felt a little sad. I had worn that watch every day for years, and the idea of being without it for even a day—let alone a month or two—didn’t sit well with me. So I put it off.
Then one day, I walked into Medawar Jewelers to get a pin replaced. One of the salespeople and I struck up a conversation, and she mentioned that Medawar performs tune-ups in-house. That meant I wouldn’t have to ship my watch away for months or send it to someone I didn’t know. I immediately handed my Marine Star to one of the good people at Medawar.
A week or two later, I picked it up. It looked as good as new. The staff were helpful and friendly, and the quality of the repair was exceptional. My Marine Star still looks brand new, keeps perfect time, and stands up to the pressure at the range.
You can trust Medawar!
