The store in question refused to honor the warranty and wanted to charge me another $90.00 to put the watch hands back on my watch, they accused me of dropping my watch causing the hands to fall off which was not true. I took my watch back , informed the assistant manager, that he had just lost a customer. I , without hesitation drove straight to MEDAWARS and was greeted by the most polite, understanding, respectful and an absolute asset to Medawars. I explained my situation to Alyssa (ID#175) who took care of my issue with the watch hands. In addition, Alyssa also had the watch technician add a watch battery to an older watch along with switching out watch bands with a nicer watch for more formal occasions at no charge.
