Offering to clean and polish the jewelry that we came in with. Who knew that my husbands ring was supposed to look so beautiful. I don't have enough words to describe our experience today. This Has place has been nothing but a blessing for our family. We were so mistreated wrongly across the street at Gaines walked into Meadow wars and they treated us like family since day. I became a customer of Medawars after being a long time loyal customer of another jewelry store less than 1/2 mile south of Medawars. I came to Medawars after the other store misinformed me about a wa ... More tch repair I already paid $150.00 for. The store in question refused to honor the warranty and wanted to charge me another $90.00 to put the watch hands back on my watch, they accused me of dropping my watch causing the hands to fall off which was not true. I took my watch back , informed the assistant manager, that he had just lost a customer. I , without hesitation drove straight to MEDAWARS and was greeted by the most polite, understanding, respectful and an absolute asset to Medawars. I explained my situation to Alyssa (ID#175) who took care of my issue with the watch hands. In addition, Alyssa also had the watch technician add a watch battery to an older watch along with switching out watch bands with a nicer watch for more formal occasions at no charge. Because of Alyssa’s professionalism and understanding I have become a. Loyal customer of MEDAWARS. In less than one week I returned to MEDAWARS and was met by Alyssa who addressed me by my name at which time I made a major purchase and placed another high priced item in layaway. ALYSSA IS AN ABSOLUTE ASSET TO MEDAWARS, DESERVES ALL POSSIBLE RECOGNITION POSSIBLE. MEDAWARS is the best Jewlers in the county and I would recommend anyone, without hesitation to make their purchases from ALYSSA at MEDAWARS

Went into Medawars to get a sliver pandora ring repaired as a diamond fell out and sized .. Only took about few days to get repaired but when I got my ring back it had a gold tint to it. DIDNT think n ... More othing of it as I thought it was the lighting but when my girlfriend wore the ring it turned her finger green. Not sure how they manage to mess up a ring so I went back and showed them that the ring was a different color and the lady I was working with also mentioned when I brought the ring in it was silver and is Not sure how it turned gold so they took the ring back and they dipped in white gold and said I should be good.. now two weeks later her finger is now green again. They destroyed my ring and thought dipping it would fix the issue.. smh I DO NOT RECOMMEND THIS PLACE AS NOW MY RING IS DAMAGED BEYOND REPAIR. Now I have to apparently get my silver ring plated every two weeks because they mishandled my jewelry. Now I have to buy my girlfriend a new pandora ring . Thanks for ruining a Christmas gift Medawars and thinking dipping my ring would fix your mistake..
