Shortly after, my mom wanted to sell some of the jewelry she didn't wear often and put it towards new pieces that fit her style better. We went back and worked with Taylor again, who helped value the gold and walked us through the process step-by-step, and then helped my mom find several classic pieces she will wear for many years to come. My husband purchased my (modest) engagement ring here over a decade ago. I love it, and have always gone back to have it cleaned and fixed up. I have lost a couple diamonds over the years that they’ ... More ve replaced as well. I recently returned to have it cleaned and to have the prongs checked as well as see about another ring I had. The gentleman who helped me was rather high handed and condescending but I tried to brush it off. He then consulted with his jeweler and that gentleman announced across the store that my wedding ring was not done by him, suggesting poor craftsmanship and low quality. I left rather disappointed and am not sure I’ll be returning.
