Return Policy

Medawar Jewelers accepts merchandise for exchange or store credit only within 30 days of purchase. Merchandise returned for store credit must be returned new and in the same condition as received. All Merchandise can be exchanged or given store credit.

Merchandise Warranty/Repair

Medawar Jewelers guarantees the workmanship on each and every piece of jewelry against any manufacturer defect. We encourage our customers to have their jewelry inspected by our staff every six months. Repairs due to normal wear are subject to a minimal charge. All repairs are done in ours stores unless otherwise stated by one of our skilled jewelers, watch and clockmakers, and include a six month to one year guarantee
